Delivery/Shipping Info:
Los Angeles orders that fall within our LA vegan meals delivery zone will be delivered every Monday between 8 am - 5:30 pm PST. Please refer to this page for LA delivery coverage (https://www.veginout.com/pages/order). Delivery fee is included in all the pricing for all of our vegan meal plans.
All Northern & Southern California (except for Los Angeles delivery zone), Arizona and Nevada orders will be shipped using local ground shipping method once a week, every Monday. If Monday is a public holiday, then the orders will be shipped the next available business day. Orders will arrive between 1-2 business days in an insulated cooler box with ice packs. Shipping fee is included in all the pricing for all of our vegan meal plans.
Orders for states outside of the Los Angeles delivery zone, Northern & Southern California, Arizona and Nevada will be considered under the nationwide shipping. All nationwide vegan meal plan orders will be shipped via Fedex Express Saver or UPS and will arrive between 2-3 business days in an insulated cooler box with dry ice. The content of the order may not be frozen when you received it, however the temperature inside the insulated box should be cool. Nationwide and NorCal/SoCal/Arizona vegan meal orders will be shipped once a week, every Monday. If a public holiday, falls on a Monday then the orders will be shipped the next available business day. Shipping fee is included in all the pricing for all of our nationwide and NorCal/SoCalArizona vegan meal plans.
The shipping arrival mentioned above and on any page on this website is only an estimated time of arrival and it is not guaranteed time of arrival.
Refund Info:
If you are unsatisfied with the vegan meal plan you received, we will issue a 50% refund of the total price of the food portion. Shipping fees that are built-in to each meal plan total cost is not included as part of the 50% refund. This is applicable for all nationwide and NorCal/SoCal/Arizona orders. For example, shipping fee for most nationwide orders is between $65 - 90 and for the NorCal/SoCal/Arizona is between $15 - 25 per package.
If you are unsatisfied with a specific vegan dish or item you received, we will refund 50% of the price of the type of dish or item you received. For example, entrees and protein pack refund will be $7, side dishes, soups and power oats refund will be $6, cookies refund will be $3, and juices will be $4.
